Nathan gave us knowledgeable insights about the recliners and made great suggestions based on what we told him we were looking for. We decided afterwards we would rather have a different color and he took care of the change without any problem! Highly recommend Nathan and La-Z-Boy!
Very detailed, thorough and takes the time needed to assure you have all you need to make your decision. Just wish they would give the upholstery cleaner or shipping free as an appreciation for all the money you spend with them.
Our representative Nathan, who helped us pick the perfect recliner was fantastic. He was very patient and extremely knowledgeable! He walked us through the different options that are available and standard on certain models and allowed us to try multiple variations of different recliner models. I would certainly come back and by any future recliners at this location!
I went in to find the ottoman from the collection that I bought a chair from a year ago. The collection and fabric are still available! As always, good service, fabulous product, and great people.
