Had to have warranty repair done. I had to drive 40 miles to take it in, pay $50 for the warranty work and drive back two weeks later to pick it up. The Lane recliners I've had in the past sent someone to my home no charge. Whenever I went into the Lazyboy showroom with just jeans and a t shirt on, it was like they couldn't get me out fast enough.
