I didnt buy furniture from them, but figured I’d give it a 5 stars anyways. The reason why I didnt buy anything is simply because it isnt my personal style - but they have a big variety so thats what matters. And mos importantly: best staff experience I had so far. Dawn was a great sales representative, made me try the entire store in accordance to what ive mentioned liking. Didnt workout, but the experience was good and i do recommmend checkin it out.
The 3 year old sectional we bought is a huge disappointment. The upgraded fabric has completely failed and is wearing on the seats like nothing I have seen before. There is gaps between the sections and they don’t even line up. We had the service guy come out a week after it was delivered and he told us that’s what it’s supposed to look like and did nothing. We need to replace it but it was so expensive.
I had the pleasure of meeting Lis at LaZBoy earlier this week. The reason why I chose to purchase from LaZBoy was partly because of the beautiful selection of furniture; however a large part of it was the exceptional customer service from Lis.
