Terrible customer service. Store could not call to say leather was on back order and recliner was delayed. I had to call and check on my order. After 14 weeks, still no recliner. I’m done w la z boy. They are definitely lazy. I paid the restocking fee of 25% on $1650 and went to NFM where I received excellent customer service! Good riddance Lazy Boy!
BEWARE! If anything breaks they get all their parts from China and it takes 2 weeks to a month to order them! That is if you can get though to the horrendous customer service reps, and get them to help you!! No aftermarket parts available, no repair manuals available period, no outside repair companies that can or will work on them! LAZYBOY charges $175 to pick up your item, $150 an hour for labor, $175 for re-delivery! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’VE EVER HAD ANYWHERE EVER!!! BEWARE!!!
went to web page looking for a leather sofa. We saw a leather sleep sofa that my husband liked. when we selected it took us to the description of section with then pricing of 1298.00 called a Kennedy the of the sofa was the leather one.. I called they implied that the leather was not that price but they would check it. Tells me it is $3600 or $3800. I call that bait and switch. They sold me a couch that broke within the first few months. They won't let me exchange it, and the customer service has been AWFUL. I have to call them for repair updates, and they were supposed to come get it on Saturday but no one ever showed up. I have left multiple messages and have yet to hear from them. It is clear to me that they want to make repairing their product as difficult as possible. I am now hoping the BBB will help me since they refuse.
