Kleimer and Mary Beth, I appreciate all the attention I received on Saturday. I am so excited about this project. You both did an amazing job helping me build my new sanctuary ;-). You were both very patient and cognizant about what I wanted and liked. And Mr. Kleimer, you are so talented and creative, beautiful work! I definitely recommend you both 100% happy with my new house created by La Z Boy. Customer for the first time and now for life.
We bought a couch with two build in recliners. The quality is so good we went back two years later to purchase a matching loveseat. We’ve had both pieces now over 8 years and never had any quality issues at all and are totally satisfied with our purchases. The Sales Rep was knowledgeable, polite and never pressured us in any way. They are our store to recommend to all of our friends.
I ordered my recliner at the San Mateo store in Albuquerque, NM in December 2021 and was told that my recliner should be delivered to me by April. I stopped by the San Mateo store in April and then again in May and was told that there are delays due to supply chain problems. I was encouraged to purchase a different recliner. Salesman is with us all the way and answered all our questions and concerns. Seem to be very knowledgeable about the Products and that lead Us to a Quick and Decisive Outcome which all Parties are happy. This Salesman is very Honest, Helpful and showed US his Care and Courtesy.
When it comes to recliners, Sarah knows her stuff! She helped me select a recliner that fit me. She was also able to sell me the floor model rather than having to wait for a special order. We were able to complete the sale via phone and internet which was very easy and convenient. Lazy Boy is the place to go if you want to buy a recliner!

The sales rep was very helpful. Gave me options on fabric and style. Loved the selection. I was able to pick out a sofa and fabric all under 1/2 hour.
Going into La-Z-Boy, I knew I was asking for a tall order...color and in-stock. We had already purchased our living room furniture from this store so I was confident they would be able to help. Our original sales associate was terrific(Cindy W. who is now the manager then we were introduced to Cynthia who was attentive without being obtrusive.) Long story short...we found just what we wanted and it was on clearance! Now looking forward to the delivery....
