Be very careful. I bought a chair with custom upholstery for almost $1000 dollars. I told the saleslady at the time that I was looking for a very soft chair because of hip pain. I tried several chairs and finally settled on the softest one and ordered it. It was delivered after about 6 weeks and the seat cushion was WAY too firm! Very uncomfortable!
