Thought I was getting good quality furniture. Took 6 months to get it. Salesman talked us into insurance that included pet damage. Insurance won't pay because didn't see dog rip it (I was at work) and because close to seam. La-z-Boy won't cover because just over a year old. Don't waste your money on La-z-Boy furniture, the quality is gone.
