A wonderful salon! I always go for a root touch up and sometimes a balayage service. Lynn is great with her techniques and her colour blending is excellent. The customer service is great, everyone is friendly! The interior is also very welcoming and clean!
Funny story—I met Lynn at the mall when I complimented her haircut, and she told me she was actually a stylist at this salon. Of course I had to book with her, and it was the best decision! From the moment I walked in, the salon felt inviting and relaxed. Lynn is so easy to talk to and genuinely cares about making sure you’re happy with your cut. Not a bad place and the service is okay, but the staff often try to upsell. The price quoted on the phone and the final bill can differ by $10–20 and this has happened to both me and my spouse, and with different staff. Not the end of the world but it does leave a sour taste. Overall a nice spot, friendly stuff just a bit tricky and sometimes overpriced.
This was the best experience I’ve had at a salon before! Lynn immediately put me at ease with her knowledge, experience and amazing energy. She also answered all my questions during the process of colouring my hair. She went above and beyond and is truly a master at her craft! I am more than satisfied with the outcome and will definitely be back. Thank you for all the laughs and amazing hair, Lynn! Highly recommended!!
I have been coming to La Viva since I was little for every haircut, and have finally gone in for colour and my hair has never looked better. I am someone who is on-the-go 24/7 and lose track of time. Lynn took me in with box dye black hair, super grown out roots, and not having been trimmed in over a year.
