My cousin called to change a reservation and the owner was very, very VERY rude to her. She had a GROUPON. He called her a liar and said that she had no reservation and that he didn't like liars. He proceeded to used some very unpleasant swear words and told her not to come to his restaurant. I feel that the owner owes her a large apology as she is a paying customer and no one should be spoken to in that manner.
