Received a text message saying that my appointment was cancelled which is fine. It’s been over a week and I still have yet to receive my deposit back. Amber is ignoring my text messages. Super disappointed that they would steal money from an expecting mother.
I had a appt and got text and email reminders. Arrived there on the date and time to find it closed. No answer to phones. I messaged on fb to be told no one would be there all week and that Amber would call me Monday. Come Monday no call, I called today on Tuesday and no answer.
My wife Had an appointment on Nov 12 it got cancelled/rescheduled due to someone getting sick which is fine we understand buts it’s Dec 6 and the due date is the 9 and still didn’t get any response from this place. Don’t recommend
Definitely recommend !! Such a beautiful and cozy set up, I got to bring my family with it was an amazing experience. The owner went above and beyond to satisfy us.
Amber was so sweet and very patient. You can tell she loves what she does.. definitely going back to see my baby In action again
