Really trashy apartments the apartment on the other side had a toilet flood and it came all the way thru into my apartment and all over my carpets there was nasty stuff all in my carpets and all they did was wash it for about 30 minutes and spray it with something. They come fix things but it’ll only for about a week and it’ll break again and then want you to pay for it, rats everywhere so be ready for them to crawl in the hood of your car and chew up ur wires so you can pay 200$ for car services every weekend
They are illegally denying people and discriminating for apartments based off of credit. Which is illegal in Washington state.
The representative is very rude.
