Yesterday I left my BLM flag in my car, I pay for parking monthly and this morning my car was towed anyway shout out to La Vista Appartments for asking for your Cars info to have it on file but not to actually use it for your residents. I always noticed multiple cars without parking permits and never seemed to notice towing, must be a grand coincidence this happened when I left my BLM flag in the car. One of your little rent a cops must have felt triggered. Thanks for standing up for your residents.
It’s very noisy. There’s always loud music and loud voices. The walls are extremely thin
This is the most crooked place on earth. They discriminate against support animals, they fraudulently charge made up fees and have the audacity to charge you for basic apartment repairs. not only that while trying to illegally evict a support animal in which there is a letter verifying, they try to charge you to serve you a notice to kick you out illegally. sorry that's a mouthful I know but this place is a nightmare and if you love your children friends or yourself you won't come anywhere near this place
RecommendedThis place is AWESOME.. pools.. jacuzzis.. playgrounds.. community centers.. monthly community involvement activities ..laundry .. great landscaping modern appliances.. friendly staff.. I couldn’t imagine a more family friendly environment.
Was good at first 2 months but than upstairs you can hear every foot step these appartments dont have good insulation and at a 60 degree outdoor the studio is 20 degrees hot indoors for some reason its ridiculously hot no air circulation i leave the restroom fan and kitchen fan on and still doesny help cool the inside. A lot of crackheads and people up til dawn weird people and bad location for family environment.
These apartments are awesome!! They have pretty vault ceilings and nice outdoor patio for plants!
like it so far but the out side could use maintenance
