I had a very disappointing experience with the management team at this property. I lived there for exactly 1 year, all was good, except.... When I decided to move out of this apartment complex because they raised monthly rent (to everybody) by 10%... finally, when I left apartment in perfect conditions (and never violated any local rules/regulations), instead of returning my security deposit ($200) they found that electric stove-top has the "colorful" rings, and then, they clime that I need to pay additional $61 (in additional to my no-returned security deposit) . well, to be hones, stove was same as or... read more
