Ginny is an amazing property manager I am going to renew my lease soon, and the entire year I spent here was by far the best. She’s attentive, kind, understanding, helpful and very transparent and works with you as long as you always communicate. My mother is a new renter here (for around the past 4 months). She says their is a lot of traffic specifically homeless walking in and around the neighborhood. Especially in her area near the back end of the park. Her neighbors constantly have people in and out of their home (Trailer 201). She fears for her safety and doesnt feel comfortable to even water her plants on her patio.
