Move-in was amazing. Since LaVilla is so small, they also work at another property, but they still made me feel really welcome, and I’m so happy to be here. Jayline and Michelle have both followed up with me about my move-in inspection report and checked in on any issues like pest control, leaks, or emergencies—honestly, I haven’t had any. They’re super proactive, which is such a relief. I’ve also talked to other residents before and after moving in, and everyone has had really great experiences. We have lived here for 5 years. The apartments are beautiful and spacious. Any maintenance issues are addressed quickly and completely. This is the best place I’ve lived in the past 25 years. Neighbors are quiet and the whole complex is quiet. The cost is amazing for such outstanding accommodations. I have recommended to other people and I will continue to recommend this gorgeous place.

We have lived at LaVilla townhomes for 11 years. We have went through many owners, property managers as well as leasing agents. Overall we love the area, the townhomes/apartments! Anywhere you live there will always be some issues,but La villa has definitely taken care of us in more ways than one. We are greatful to live here. Kendall the maintenance gentleman is amazing! He delegates his time to fix things in the right way. He cleans up very well after himself and he attends to the request with urgency! He’s very pleasant and a joy to be around here at la villa townhomes! Thank you for your hard work and dedication!
