We have lived here for 5 years. The apartments are beautiful and spacious. Any maintenance issues are addressed quickly and completely. This is the best place I’ve lived in the past 25 years. Neighbors are quiet and the whole complex is quiet. The cost is amazing for such outstanding accommodations. I have recommended to other people and I will continue to recommend this gorgeous place.

We have lived at LaVilla townhomes for 11 years. We have went through many owners, property managers as well as leasing agents. Overall we love the area, the townhomes/apartments! Anywhere you live there will always be some issues,but La villa has definitely taken care of us in more ways than one. We are greatful to live here. It's very spacious and comfortable for the most part. Our property management are pretty decent individuals and are pretty easy to talk to. Kendall the maintenance gentleman is amazing! He delegates his time to fix things in the right way. He cleans up very well after himself and he attends to the request with urgency! He’s very pleasant and a joy to be around here at la villa townhomes! Thank you for your hard work and dedication!
And once more as a lifelong preferring to rent in order to experience a different 4 walls to decorate if nothing else and my desire to live in these outwardly beautiful apartments has proven to be a waste while lining someone else's pockets with what could have otherwise been a worthy rate per month. Constant trash everywhere from I don't entirely know where (but I suspect children being sent to take out the trash and the bag breaking open and left unbeknownst to their parents), filthy, sticky ground surrounding the dumpster... read more
