We have lived at LaVilla townhomes for 11 years. We have went through many owners, property managers as well as leasing agents. Overall we love the area, the townhomes/apartments! Anywhere you live there will always be some issues,but La villa has definitely taken care of us in more ways than one. We are greatful to live here. Kendall the maintenance gentleman is amazing! He delegates his time to fix things in the right way. He cleans up very well after himself and he attends to the request with urgency! He’s very pleasant and a joy to be around here at la villa townhomes! Thank you for your hard work and dedication!
And once more as a lifelong preferring to rent in order to experience a different 4 walls to decorate if nothing else and my desire to live in these outwardly beautiful apartments has proven to be a waste while lining someone else's pockets with what could have otherwise been a worthy rate per month. This has been one of the worst experiences I have had as a renter. I have now not been able to use my kitchen and dishwasher since Wednesday night due to a pipe burst it is now Tuesday of the following week. My son's bathtub keeps getting a back flow of dirt and gravel and sewer smell. The apartment sets on a crawl space and there is sunken spots throughout the apartment. The trash from this property is constantly blowing into mine and my neighbor’s yard. I have to grab trash from my yard once a week. Chip bags, pieces of paper, and even marijuana containers have had to be picked up which especially upsets me because I have a child. I have had to call them about this issue before and it only temporarily responded the issue.
