This apartment complex would be great if it wasn't so overpriced. Multiple rent increases lately, but no apartment upgrades, barely even any maintenance, other than to the pavement and landscaping, and changing all our light bulbs to LED, even though we didn't want it done. Ancient flooring, old appliances, but beautiful property. I do love that we can't hear our neighbors though, it is very quiet, one even has a baby, and we never hear them. They just keep raising an already above average rent, without doing anything to war... read more
