The manger is very helpful Raquel
Not a restaurant, apt complex that charges to use your own A/C. Apt came without refridgerator, heat or a complete working stove. Manager charges for visitors, and when I put the American flag up to celebrate Memorial Day, and Independence Day, I was very rudely told to take it down. Apts aren't insulated properly, so when using A/C it feels like its not on at all.
