BEST spa in nyc! – I moved to NYC three years ago and learned quickly that I NEED a facial and massage every couple of months to survive here! I found La Vie Zen through a friend's suggestion and tried it. I am hooked!! By far it's the friendliest, prettiest spa I've been in to date. Perfect Manhattan Oasis! – What a terrific oasis from the busy city streets of Manhattan. I received a gift certificate for a Men's Grooming Facial and absolutely loved my entire experience. The staff was delightful. I have gone back and have gotten the signature massage! It was the best hour of my day! From the moment you step into La Vie Zen, until you finished up relaxing in their Bamboo room, you feel right at home, right at ease and it truly is a perfect Manhattan get-away! I strongly recommend checking this spa out!

don't go lasting pain!!! – it has been a year i was given back pain by my massuse - i have never had back pain before i still have it I am terrified to get it fixed i'm worried someone will make it worse- when i used to bend over sometimes it felt like someone was poking my insides with a knife i am so angry !!!!!! she was a young women i don't remember her name when she was doing it i remember feeling like she kept pushing inward instead of out ward and it was horrible.

Loved it! – My boyfriend and I went to La Vie Zen on Valentine's Day this year and we loved it!! We felt like the were only people in the spa. It was so relaxing and private. I would 100% recommended. We started in the clean and modern locker rooms, slipped on a lux robe and slippers and enjoyed the waiting area with dried nuts/fruit and lemon infused water. Terrible service and treatment – I would definitely not recommend this spa. Came here last night for spa week and was given a wet robe to wear. My facial was only okay especially since the products they were using smelled terribled. The facialist had put a timer on while I was getting the facial so I couldnt' even relax if I wanted to. My friend also came with me, but since she was 10 min late for her appointment, she was told that she can only do the massage treatment for 15 min rather than the full 45 due to her lateness a... read more

Won't find a more peaceful spa anywhere else in Manhattan! – The atmosphere and service at this spa is uncomparable. Very quiet and calming, unlike the hustle and bustle found at other spas in Manhattan. They make every effort to ensure that you are relaxed and well taken care of. My new favorite spa!

The very best customer service and place to relax – I have been to this spa several times. Not only do they run the best specials during spa week and the holidays, they take incredible care to make certain that each client is relaxed.
