Genuinely the best nail salon I’ve EVER been to. Worth every penny. The customer service was incredible, and I’m so happy I found this place I genuinely feel like I hit the jackpot. Amy and Trinity (I believe that was her name!) were both amazing. I’ve been coming to this salon regularly for the past 1.5–2 years and have generally had good experiences, which is why today’s interaction was so disappointing. I regularly book appointments for longer services, but I just quickly stopped by today because I happened to have some time between childcare and needed to get my gel manicure removed and nails trimmed. excellent service and attention to detail
This was first time at this nail salon and definitely not the last. I was so pleased with how my nails turned out. I showed the nail tech 2 inspo photos and asked her to be creative and she’s clearly talented. I’m in love with my nails. She was very diligent and patient with her technique. Can’t wait to go back.
