They are N O T 🚫 PROFESSIONAL WHEN IT COMES TALKING ON THE PHONE. LANGUAGE BARRIER 🚧. SAID HAVE NO TIME. RUDE. AND HUNG UP. CHOOSE TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. THEY PICK AND CHOOSE WHO DEY SCHEDULE. EVEN IN YOUR FACE.
My first time here, great service and did exactly what I wanted!! The cat eye is so beautiful. Definitely come back again.
Moved back to Alameda recently and saw this place was close to my house. I called to make an appointment, they answered right away and booked me in on a Wednesday at noon. When I arrived they sat me down and started working on me instantly. I got a gel mani and pedi for $90. On top of that I got a great back massage. I love how they painted my nails with extra coats and overall just did an AMAZING job. Cash tips are preferred however you can also add a tip on your card. No atm.
Update: *** I’ve been going to this nail salon for almost 3 yrs now and have had my sisters, cousins & random people start coming here from my recommendation & them asking where I get my nails done. They are truly kind and talented at this salon & not to mention fairly priced for how well they do nails & the welcoming service they provide.
