Cindy did extensions with French tips on my nails. She rushed through my nails. She got a call for a party of 4 to come in and after that she tried to fly through my manicure. She drilled so fast she drilled right into my cuticle bed and made me bleed. I winced and she carried on like nothing happened. I had to make her stop and say it was hurting and stinging a lot.
