I arranged for flowers to be delivered for mother's day. I live overseas so only had the website to go off and they thoroughly exceeded my expectations. I was also able to add on some chocolates and a card into the package too, which was a nice touch. I also think the price was quite reasonable for the quality delivered. My only suggestion would be to provide a slightly more informative "order tracking" page on the website. Cannot fault them at all. Beautiful flowers, great prices and lovely staff there. My partner says they’re the best flowers she’s ever seen and received!
I requested a flower delivery, but they made a mistake with the address. The next day, they charged me twice as much for the delivery! They ignored the fact that it was their fault. Why should I pay twice as much as the original cost of delivery?
