Cannot fault them at all. Beautiful flowers, great prices and lovely staff there. My partner says they’re the best flowers she’s ever seen and received!
I requested a flower delivery, but they made a mistake with the address. The next day, they charged me twice as much for the delivery! They ignored the fact that it was their fault. Why should I pay twice as much as the original cost of delivery?
Visited for the first time to pick out some flowers with my little sister for mum’s birthday We wanted to make an arrangement with mum’s favourite colours and were guided through the whole process which was so exciting! Had the loveliest time chatting with Rachel, she has a wonderful eye for colour/shape balance and her experience really shows. Lovely helpful service. Great they are also open from 8am and have a phone that works too (unlike Beecroft Place). 💐
