RIPOFF!!! SCAM!!! Sold me a trailer in October 2018. Its now January 2019. They have not provided bill of sale so I cannot get it registered. I have the other paperwork, just not the bill of sale which Texas requires to register and title the trailer. I have dozens of text messages and him recorded on a phone call saying it was in the mail, but now he will not respond to me. Will be contacting the BBB and the State of Texas DPS to report him.
