The space is lovely and peaceful. Nice robes and slippers provided in the small ladies locker room. The massage therapist, Shea, was so very attentive and responsive re: pressure, scents, etc. Very nice balance of interaction and silence. I had a wonderful “stress buster” massage. Highly recommend! The aesthetician who provided my facial was a miss for sure. She never stopped talking - mostly about how fabulous she was, but she also started disparaging other clients she had worked on recently. Completely unprofessional.

I had never been to an actual spa before and I can't imagine it going any better. They are so welcoming and inviting. I loved every minute of my experience at LaVida.
