I simply love this place. Not just because I work here. But I live here as well. I see people writing about roaches, parking, and other little things. SERIOUSLY? First. If you have roaches... you need to learn how to clean your house. When you are dirty, and don't clean up after yourself or leave food outside or on the floor OBVIOUSLY your going to get them. Just think it's sad reading reviews 2 years from when I experienced this place. I was interested in renting an apartment and parked in the Future tenant parking for 10 minutes to check my friends apartment and get an application. When I got back to my car JOAN had stuck a ridiculously horrible sticker on my drivers side window...she was smoking waiting for me to walk away. She was so rude and mean! I must say I hardly write reviews I'm mostly the "reader" but I just had to write a review on la veta grand or should I say Joan the bitter manager, now I don't know her personally but from what I know she is rude unprofessional and she is scaring away her tenants that live there (I know a few) now I know she's going thru a divorce and I know that her dad past away (May he rest in peace) but that doesn't give you the right to be rude! If you don't like working there then don't work there!
Can afford those apartments. Any more! !! Nice but to much cash
