I was in the process of moving out of state. They would not refill a prescription for me because I was due for a follow up appointment. Due to the move I wasn’t able to schedule an appointment. Disappointing that they put there rigid policies over helping someone out in a difficult situation.

I have been seen by his NP Mandy for several different issues. First one, I had was for a sinus infection and was treated with a steroid injection; however, after a week I was still experiencing symptoms. So, I returned to ask for an antibiotic. Mandy asked me if I was experiencing any acid reflux and I told her that I had it for one day but it was due to something I ate. It's pretty sad when making money is more important than helping a person who is sick out. We didn't have insurance that would pay to see the doctor. They were more worried about getting their $100 dollars than to try and break it up so it could be paid without starving people out. If I were you, I would be ashamed of myself.
