They could answer their phone. That would be helpful. Phones now route to Seguin but the call center in Seguin can not set appointments for existing patients. Seguin routes you back to the La Vernia office who doesn't answer their phone.
Been waiting over an hour because he's "stuck in traffic..." I can make it here early enough to go for breakfast before the appointment but this genius can't make it to work on time? Customers should charge him a fee for rescheduling!

RecommendedDr. Erin Jacob performed my daughter's eye exam. My daughter was so happy with her visit, her prescription and new glasses. All of the staff, technicians, and doctors are wonderful.
