Horrible new management. Went to pay my rent today just to find out the office is closed. No emails communicating this, no handouts on our door, just a paper stuck in the window of the office. Now I’ll get charged $50 late fee! I’ve tried to refrain from complaining about this new manager but she is horrible. She’s completely unapproachable, acts like she’s higher than everyone else, is almost never in the office as I’d have to go numerous times out of the day to get my needs addressed because nobody is there. I want to make something very clear. This review is solely my opinion, and what *my* experience has been. I don’t speak for other residents, and I certainly am not writing this out of spite. Awesome community, my husband and I have been here for a year and we love it. Neighbors are quiet and friendly. Close to shopping center and restsurants.
As the FIRST tenants to live here since 03/2014, I must say the staff is excellent, they attended to our needs especially since we were by ourselves for almost 2 months and if anything was wrong they made it right. The complex is practically full now and the place is still nice and quiet.
Excellent community. Apartments are spacious and very well appointed. Granite countertops throughout kitchen and bathrooms. Conveniently located close to public transportation including Metrolink. Close to University of La Verne and Claremont Colleges.
We just move in yesterday. Love this place in first site.
