Front desk incompetence is prevalent. Transparency with billing is non existent as well. Found out they had been billing me incorrectly for multiple visits. Had to jump through hoops and listen to what seemed like endless excuses to get a partial refund due to their mistakes. Will not be returning.
Everything was great!
Always feel welcomed and respected here. That speaks volumes on their exemplary customer service. Staff is very attentive and willing to help in all we need.
