We are residents of La Ventura, and on Sunday evening (Yesterday) we experienced an emergency that required immediate maintenance. Rangel (from maintenance team) arrived quickly and resolved the issue in no time. He was extremely helpful, professional, and supportive throughout the entire process.
I have lived here for over a year and a half and love the team. The entire front office is amazing and the maintenance team is always on it. Truthfully, the whole staff is. This week I’ve had two major requests, both handled wishing 24-48 hours. One was with the front office, I was needing a storage space and was able to tour and obtain one within 48 hours with the help of Emily and Ashley. Excellent Maintanance service. Rangel was super quick and very professional. I had two issues in my apartment, and he took care of both in no time. Everything was fixed perfectly, and he made sure it was all working before leaving. Appreciate it! Living in La Ventura is great so far! Ashley, Emily, Cecilia and team are the best!
