i’ve been living here for 3months and the officer still not pay my agent the commission as agreement. hope La ventura can pay it before July or my agent request that I have to pay it by myself.
We moved here from out of state and have been living at La Ventura for 7 months now. We haven't lived in an apartment for 25 years so finding a place to call home was easier said than done. I was looking for that balance of a comfortable quiet location, that was well maintained. I recently raised a maintenance ticket, and Rangel responded promptly. He fixed the issue very quickly and demonstrated a high level of experience and knowledge. His professionalism and efficiency were greatly appreciated. Thank you for the excellent service!
We are residents of La Ventura, and on Sunday evening (Yesterday) we experienced an emergency that required immediate maintenance. Rangel (from maintenance team) arrived quickly and resolved the issue in no time. He was extremely helpful, professional, and supportive throughout the entire process.
I have lived here for over a year and a half and love the team. The entire front office is amazing and the maintenance team is always on it. Truthfully, the whole staff is. This week I’ve had two major requests, both handled wishing 24-48 hours. One was with the front office, I was needing a storage space and was able to tour and obtain one within 48 hours with the help of Emily and Ashley.
