Huge mouse problem managemant acted like it was nothing they also opened up one of my packages delivered by ups from Sig Sauer Gun company they informed me I couldnt have a gun delivered these people should know the laws otherwise they will end up in jail for being in violation of a ferderal offense pertaining to being in possession of someone elses legal firearm that was shipped from the manufacturer to the owner after a repair under warranty totally legal in New Mexico girls in the office are pretty dumb about firearms law... read more

If you are having an issue with mice I would like to get my pest control company out first thing in the morning. We do not accept packages in the office, we utilize Amazon lockers. I would like to make sure we resolve this issue as soon as possible.

The staff is friendly and professional. recently I had an issue,he quickly came and fixed the issue.Thanks to the manager Ray to be so quick to solve the issue. ** bonus It is clean, safe and well maintained. It has a nice pool area! And I see them maintaining it!!! If you are looking for a place to call home that will treat you like family, look no further!

I have lived at La Ventana since July 2012 and it has always been a wonderful place to live until AMC recently took over the management. It has become a nightmare to live here. The residents were not told of new management, rent suddenly was to be paid by check only and slip under door which was impossible to do, They now have portal to pay rent with monthly problems and I have to continuously call to get the correct amount of rent to pay, the latest scam is $38 Common Area Fee per resident which relates to 38 x 232 apts= 88... read more
NEW MANAGEMENT COMPANY RIPS OFF RESIDENTS. This is the fourth year that I live at La Ventana. For the first 3 years, I enjoyed this place very much. In April 2020, the management company changed, and it became a nightmare to live in this place. By the end of April, when I called the front desk to report a problem in the apartment after I have sent 3 emails and I received no response. After living here for about a year I love the location at the base of the Sandia Mountains! The Property is kept very clean and the Staff is amazing!!
Have to visit but checks all the boxes so far. Looking forward to seeing then in person!
Renewed our rental agreement because it's been a great place to live.
