I’ve been coming to this location for a few years , but their recent new staff have not been the best with nails or designs. My second to last visit, my nail tech gave me another locations phone number , I should of took that as a sign to not come back. But what verified it for me was today, I told the nail tech what length I wanted and after telling her twice this is not what I asked for , she completely ignored me. Love my nails! The pedicure was also good but was a bit sloppy on painting my toe nails. Good customer service as well.
Mary was great! I came in for a walk in appointment and was helped after a short wait. The pedicure was exceptional. Mary did a fantastic job on my cat eye nails.
I was not going to write but it is necessary. On 1/16/25 i went into LA Vang for the last time this is my routine nail shop but after yesterday, we'll i will find a new one. I will miss Nikki she is the sweetest, and takes time with your nails. Mark if you want to keep the nail shop up and running it is best you don't let Hen run it.
