I've been here about 2 years on these apartments, it has been great, the neighbors are really great people, and the property is always quiet, you see the maintenance guys all day around the buildings and when you put a maintenance request they come the same day or the next one to do the repair. In the afternoon you see kids playing or families walking around the area, I really like it here.

We first came across this complex through apartments.com when our lease was expiring. The model room does need some updating because the actual apartments look much, MUCH BETTER. We did in-fact view 9 other apartment complexes through an apartment finder agent, but the warmth the staff from La Valencia provided kept bringing us back. We decided to move in and the management staff was very friendly and helpful. Due to our work schedule they were willing to keep up with updates via email, and calls which was very helpful. I came in yesterday and the leasing agent Sandra is friendly and understanding. The manager Alicia is very helpful and takes the time to explain the application process. She offered many apartment options. I will be coming back to apply next week.
Estaba buscando un apartamento de 2 habitaciones para mudarme lo antes posible. Hoy vine a hacer un recorrido y estoy aplicando para un apartamento aquí. La propiedad es muy tranquila y está muy bien cuidada. Viviana, nos ayudaron bastante e hicieron que el proceso fuera mucho más fácil y rápido.les recomiendo ampliamente la propiedad gracias muchachas
