I've been ordering pizza from Laval's for years and love their inexpensive pies and quick delivery. Unfortunately, I will never order from here again. Tonight we got a large pizza that showed up squished to one side of the box and was only a medium. Mistakes happen, but the manager refused to acknowledge his. So instead of refunding us for the difference in amounts, he will be losing a weekly customer.

Great service and food. They made the wrong dish at first but we're very upfront about it, giving the mistaken dish to me for free in addition to my ordered one. Convenient hours on north side!
