Paid for an entire year worth of treatments. I’ve had 6 treatments so far and out of the 6 - 4 of my sessions were rushed and not correctly done. When I asked for the 1 tech who actually takes her time to do the treatment I was told they have a policy which says you can’t ask to be booked with a certain tech! So disappointing. During my last session, I was asked how I feel about my treatments and I was very honest and told them I’m not very happy and was still rushed through within 15 minutes out the door. I visited the laser clinic for the first time for an underarm laser session. My overall experience was good, but the staff was very sweet especially Shirlene, who did my treatment. Since it was my first time, she made me feel comfortable and explained everything nicely. I’ll be coming back for my next appointment with her.
