These people are weird and so unprofessional. Most of the people they’ve hired are weird and don’t speak English. If u have a concern they won’t understand half the things you’ve said/asked. Literally my last appointment I was getting Brazilian done for the first time and the weird lady doing it literally said “why are you so scared” with an attitude and all.
