In my experience, many consultations felt inefficient, with some doctors relying heavily on limited personal experience rather than thorough assessment. Don go there if you vakue your time. Walked in and was told that the wait would be 45 min and they offered me an appointment on the same day to prevent me from waiting. I went back for appointment 10 min earlier and waited over an hour to see the dr. It wasn't funny at all, if this was a joke!
such a ridiculous have to wait more than one hour to see a doctor. Whats the point to book an appointment.
Prepare to wait 30-60 minutes if your appointment is not early in the day
I usually don’t write reviews, but I felt it was important to share this experience. This was one of the worst customer service encounters I’ve had. The receptionist checked me in before my appointment time, yet I waited for over an hour only to be told that I was not checked in. There was no professionalism or apology from the receptionist. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
