There’s been this large hole in the ceiling for over 3 months lol. Nice skylight feature!
You get what you pay for! Reviews of this place are an understatement. These are very bait and switch apartments too. Pictures and layouts that are shown to potential tenants are not what you get after signing lease (recommend looking at the actual apartment you are going to be leasing) Maintenance and leasing staff are impossible to get ahold of after you sign to a 1 year lease. Would not recommend this place to anyone looking to work at EB or Pfizer.
This has been like this for over a month. They have rodent traps out ( because there's problems in side ad well) but what's that gonna do if there is plenty of food sources outside of traps. These pictures are only at one of the dumpsters. The others are the same. Not a hood look for those who might want to rent
