I have a few friends that have lived here. If your Handicapped, STAY AWAY, FAR, FAR, AWAY! Place is dangerous at best. All the bad reviews are understated, grossly understated. Residents are in total fear of retribution from staff. . State of Connecticut should have investigated this place years ago. Violations are too numerous to mention. ADA violations that would curl your hair. This place is a major accident looking for a time to happen.
Brittany in the leasing office was beyond rude and consistently unhelpful. She was condescending and refused to give me the name and number of the management company. I asked to leave a message to have her manager call me back and still nothing. She talked down to me and literally wasted a month of my time waiting for an apartment. Then doesn’t even have the decency to call me to cancel an appointment we had as I took an entire day off from work and was driving from Massachusetts. This place sucks (worst years ever its been awful..if something breaks they do nothing about it, if you have loud neighbors they do nothing about it, and don’t even get me started on the staff members ..horrible maintenance person and literally the worst and meanest,stuck up front office women I ever met..I can’t stand them both, and there’s a reason everyone says the same thing about them ….STAY AWAY
Not great, not the worst! little bit slow response on maintenance but it’s not their fault as they clearly need more maintenance staff. Pool opened a month late but they closed it right on time when they could have left it open a little longer with the warm weather Amenities are fine Overall fine place to live, but didnt loooove living there.
