Brittany in the leasing office was beyond rude and consistently unhelpful. She was condescending and refused to give me the name and number of the management company. I asked to leave a message to have her manager call me back and still nothing. She talked down to me and literally wasted a month of my time waiting for an apartment. This place sucks (worst years ever its been awful..if something breaks they do nothing about it, if you have loud neighbors they do nothing about it, and don’t even get me started on the staff members ..horrible maintenance person and literally the worst and meanest,stuck up front office women I ever met..I can’t stand them both, and there’s a reason everyone says the same thing about them ….STAY AWAY
Not great, not the worst! little bit slow response on maintenance but it’s not their fault as they clearly need more maintenance staff. Pool opened a month late but they closed it right on time when they could have left it open a little longer with the warm weather Amenities are fine Overall fine place to live, but didnt loooove living there.
There’s been this large hole in the ceiling for over 3 months lol. Nice skylight feature!
You get what you pay for! Reviews of this place are an understatement. These are very bait and switch apartments too. Pictures and layouts that are shown to potential tenants are not what you get after signing lease (recommend looking at the actual apartment you are going to be leasing) Maintenance and leasing staff are impossible to get ahold of after you sign to a 1 year lease. Would not recommend this place to anyone looking to work at EB or Pfizer.
