Les employés administratifs d'InterRent n'ont aucun respect pour les résidents. Ils ignorent les questions posées et négocient de mauvaise foi. Cela fait plus d'un an que j'ai une demande d'entretien qu'ils ignorent. Il est très difficile de les contacter directement par courriel ou par téléphone. Cependant le personnel qui travaille sur place sont très sympathiques et font ce qu'ils peuvent avec les consignes qu'ils reçoivent.
Aldric Dubus was absolutely fantastic! Extremely professional and attentive, he provided me with a detailed tour of the apartment and building facilities. Highly recommended!
Note: many 5 star reviews are from people applying who have not moved in yet Cons: management is negligent and only available via email. No matter what the emergency. People unconscious in stairwell, power outages in December, etc. Amenities are not kept up. The treadmills in the gym are broken, as is the water fountain and the cleaning wipes pictured are never stocked, so it smells. The sauna door in women's has been broken for 2 years. Management does not care and increases rent. Heat is kept so low/cold I worry about the ... read more
