Charlie came and installed air conditioner... he is very helpful... he came every time on time and fix the issues... very gentle approach...
I lived here from 2020 to 2023. Nice building, nice apartment. Pros: Very prompt and friendly maintenance team, often same day, and they fix anything and everything you need. Nice, newly renovated apartment. Great location. Cons: Package theft is common, two elevators for a building of 27 floors means sometimes wait times are long, frequent power outages
Charlie fixed the drain leakage issue and he is very friendly and professional. I would recommend InterRent housing strongly
