4.5 stars bumped up to 5. Yesterday (7/20/2024) was my first visit here to celebrate Colombian Independence Day. I have many good friends there in Colombia. I arrived for lunch. The restaurant space is mid-sized. It is clean; but maybe due for a modern remodel. It was busy and seating is limited, so I did have to wait a while to be seated; then again to have my order taken. Grew up with this food. Grandmother made sure I didn't go hungry and I remember the taste of each plate to this day. This restaurant reminds me of her. And the Tamales. Whether you eat them in store or buy a few to take home, you will be full. You will be happy.
I not Colombian but I got tell you the food was not pleasant to eat and the service was OK. My Colombian clients told me this place is not a real Colombian. I believe them
Very bad on the bandeja paisa pork and rice tasted old and rancy like reheated. The girls don’t even serve water. The empanadas and the milkshake always good no complaints. Overall too expensive and small portions for what iit is . Not recommend them anymore . Shame they used to be great .
