Of all the apartments I’ve lived at, this one is my favorite. As my first time living in Phoenix, the management has been nothing been helpful since the day I walked in to tour a unit. Work orders fixed fast and efficiently, and the community here is unmatched. They throw holiday parties, pizza parties, taco tuesday parties, and it’s overall a fun, safe, and quiet place to live. SPECIAL shoutout to Amanda, Lisa & JoAnne in the front office!
I suggest only looking at reviews from July 2025 and beyond. Prior to that, we had different management. I moved here in July 2023, and between that time and July 2025, there was a lot of turnover. While I have enjoyed living here, things were rocky in the beginning. My unit was not cleaned when I moved in, holes were left in the walls, and communication was poor. 2026 Update: I’ve been here for nearly three years now and still really enjoy calling this property home. The Biltmore area is a fantastic location and this complex is one of the few that stays quiet, safe and well maintained. Maintenance is great. Very lovely, safe place!
Absolutely criminal. Lived here for two years, in the last 2 months they have towed my car 3 times. They are incredibly rude in the office and will fine you for every little thing like having your trash out at the wrong time or your dog barking. Incredibly corrupt.
