This is an absolutely wonderful place to live Ashley and Pamela are On top of everything that needs to be Done They are both kind and courteous to all.Will be residents here at La Terazza There is absolutely nowhere else.I would rather live also wanted to put in a good word for your maintenance guy Michael if anything does goes wrong he fixes it quickly and efficiently. This place has gone down hill! With constant rent hikes, from $839.00 a month we are now paying $1.073.00 with that all emminties are no longer, the place is very dirty, we have Alot of sick elderly seniors on oxygen, the main building entry way floor has been filthy on touched for 2 weeks! Still not done! Our computer has been broke for many years, we no longer have coffee, the hot water was green for weeks. The floors are dirty the carpet is filthy dogs mess trash mess.
I personally have been wronged by La Terraza apartments. Upon visiting a resident I left with my bumper completely torn off by the gate leaving the apartments. It is a motion sensored gate and it closed upon my car with my daughter and I in it. The malfunctioning gate was not repaired and they would not help whatsoever in assisting that. come to find out that this has happened in the past by which the maintenance man told myself and my daughter.
