It’s a great community. The neighbors are really cool. Good management. I regret having left. The super-fine dust is full of valley fever and it is ubiquitous. This is the only problem I have had at La Terraza. And the air conditioners are the greatest. Great place.
this place is horrible but ever since fort Lowell properties took over it got even worse, the laundry room is always dirty including the washers and dryers. There's an expose water heater that the door broke months ago and have never being replace. there's a broken fence that has not being fix for a long time but they have replace the fences in the front. Management never returns calls they just transfer you to a number that the voicemail is not set up.
