The receptionist was rude as well, I don't know who the lady was, I was giving some information and asking about how we outsource some of our things and need some assistance like what would be best approach for it.. and if you guys can assist us in this matter for tax filling etc.. She responded, We're okay and hung up.
Aaron Rubenstein provides services way below the standard of care: lacks professionalism, does not provide phone consultations during tax season, sends condescending, disrespectful, and unhelpful email exchanges. When I ask valid questions, he responds with " do it yourself; I've already spent hours on this task."
