I've been going to La Taqueria weekly since they opened and can't believe I waited nine years to try their chile relleno. They're really good, especially as a plate with the rice & beans and corn tortillas. It's such a large dish that I always end up with a 2nd meal. The staff is even better. They're kind, friendly, and accommodating. I especially appreciate that they're family/locally owned and use "real food".
Update, it's always great! Gotta get the Nachos! Killer Mex! Not a bad burger either. I've been there a few times now and it seems to be pretty consistent.. darn good actually! I have only had the Mexican but I'm going to try the Asian next time I figured there's enough good places around Redding to get a burger but no drive-thru Asian places that I can think of Mexican is always a favorite of mine though. Update.. it's been a while since eating there.. still as great as I remember!
