Food and service was great!
I signed up for a new account in late January and no one told me this location was going to close two weeks later. They told me I still had to pay a $20 cancellation fee. They then said they would put in a ticket to their corporate office to take care of it, but a month has passed and I was just charged another month for membership. I have to drive a half hour now to go to the next closest location just to pay money to cancel my membership because you can’t cancel your account via phone or email. Garbage. Stay away.
The heat has been broke for awhile in the building...so Extremely Cold while applying lotion before going into tanning bed. The poor employees walk around with their jackets on and look like they are freezing.Bulbs Never seem to get replaced in beds when they go out. The bathroom doesn't even have a paper towel dispenser on the wall...it kept falling off, etc. Not much of a selection of lotions to purchase (there use to be?)The Place Has Really Deteriorated...maybe they are closing this location.
