Cake tasting appointment My fiance and I set up a cake tasting appointment with La Sure's and only tasted one cake! There were no other cakes to taste not even the flavor of the week cake and we were told that there's a $100 deposit to save the space in her fridge....we thought placing the order reserved the day and space. We also asked about dairy free cakes and we heard the words "classic box cake mix" is dairy free..so do they use box mix??? wedding cake, YUMMY my son Forrest is getting married,and all he talks about is the carrot cake fron L.S. so we are having the carrot cake for rehearsal I know it will be Great BIG hit. I recommand this to all brides to be. YUMMY, the frosting is to die for.But get married first,
Not so good! I picked up the cake I ordered, and everything that could have gone wrong with it did. Misspellings, forgotten ingredients, it was frankly not a good experience. Hello Tamara's
BEST CAKES IN TOWN Do not listen to reviews that obviously are trying to get folks to go to the other place in town. Lasures has the BEST cake in town. I have ordered a hundred if not more cakes over the years from them (order for work also) and not one cake has EVER had a a misspelling, any missing ingredients or whatnot. This cake is fabulous and the icing is as good as grandma's. Five Star all the way... close your eyes and pick a flavor, it will be delicious!
Special bakery products When visiting my Mom in Oshkosh we often go out for lunches and she took me to LaSures this last time. The place is small but nice and cheerful and clean. We had a salad for lunch which was good. But then for the restaurant's specialty - it's bakery products. A super good piece of homemade pie was enjoyed by my Mom while I thoroughly enjoyed a cream puff that was delicious. Stop in and try it. You'll like it, I'm sure.
