Great service and great coffee! Shana is very knowledgeable and was helpful to us when we had questions about repairing an old machine, and also purchasing a new one. Her coffee beans are amazing too!
Amazing Coffee Beans&Customer Service Been a customer for many years. Purchased our espresso machine from La Strada. Recently had it tuned up with their service technicians and the machine is like new. If you love great coffee beans (ground available) La Strada has an excellent selection including organic. Shana can answer any questions regarding machines and coffee with knowledge and great customer service.
We bought DeLonghi machine from Ghana and she has helped us through the "getting used" to making it work as it should. Very good service and Shana remembers her customers names. Happy campers.
La Strada is an exceptional boutique espresso machine store in Oakville. The owner, Shana, is very friendly, knowledgable and her service is excellent. We purchased a Saeco machine two years ago and we love it! Their coffee been selection is great, and we drop in often to pick up a couple of bags.
I have been a customer of La Strada and Shana for several years now. Not only are the products, from machines and parts to coffee beans, of the highest quality, but the service is exceptional. Not only are the staff knowledgeable about the machines and their operation, but about the coffees and their taste. In addition as we entered this Covid-19 experience, La Strada and its people stepped it up with contactless delivery and door/sidewalk pick-up.
