Jeremy at the parts department was very helpful finding a replacement part. Very professional and attentive. Very happy with the service.
Sammy and Jeremy great customer service, major complain it is inhumane under this heat and the facility has no AC. It's bearable for those picking up parts but what about the customer that needs to wait for a repair, not to mention the employees. Please LASORSA fix it ASAP.
Jeremy is the best !!! Great guy but the working conditions must be horrible because it is 90 degrees outside and there is no ac in that cubicle of an office
