Ordered flowers to go around my mother's urn for her memorial service. Employees were extremely friendly and helpful over the phone and the website was user friendly. The most important thing though, was the flowers were beautiful, fresh and on time. I would definitely use them again but hopefully for a happier occasion.

We chose a plant arrangement for my Aunt’s memorial service. The arrangement was absolutely beautiful and they add beautiful cut flowers to our arrangement. The service was excellent. They were so helpful and kind. I will be ordering again!

My beloved father-in-law passed and I wanted to send a nice planter arrangement to my brother in California. (I live in Ohio) I chose a nice arrangement though 1800Flowers and unbeknownst to me my order was fulfilled by La Sierra Florist. I was not happy with was sent as it did not look anything like the photo on the website. Long story short, the owner (Jessica) went above and beyond to correct my disappointment. Beautiful floral arrangement! I called in and ordered a floral arrangement midday. I opted for the florist choice of flowers, and I was not disappointed. The size of the arrangement was generous, and the flowers were fresh. It was delivered the same day (it was delivered in Riverside) and very quickly. The customer service was top notch! I will be ordering again!
