Have to give a huge shoutout to Orlando for making my life easier and going above and beyond along with the rest of La sierra Office management. Had an issue with the washer in my unit, After putting in a request to get it checked out not even 24hrs later Orlando had Diagnosed the issue and recommended them replacing it. So I gave him a few dates i would be able to help them move it in considering I was working. Awesome complex, best experience my husband and I have had living in apartments. Very friendly, genuine, and personable staff. We felt any of our concerns and needs were taken care of and respected and we overall really appreciate the experience. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to start our family 🩷 Our baby loved living here and it’s TOTALLY reinforced her being a homebody like her mom and dad 🤣 She’s always excited to be back home! Orlando, Alyssa, Darlene and the staff have been such a blessing! Every time I need anything I know I can rely on them. Living here is a blast and I recommend them to anyone who is in need of residence!
The apartment is nice, Alyssa is wonderful, sweet, and helpful. However, Darlene is extremely rude, condescending, and constantly speaks to you like you’re stupid, especially the younger residents. Entirely unprofessional and it seems that other people who have posted reviews have the same problem. Besides that we have had an ok experience. Parking is problem.
The maintenance man goes above and beyond to help the residents with their needs and the property management is top tier. It truly is an amazing place.
