They won't do anything about people stealing your clothes out of the washing room or people throwing trash around the courtyard or noise complaints all so I been asking them since September of 2020 to fix my AC

You get exactly what you pay for here. Management doesn't care to fix any issues you might have or help you in any way. You essentially have to fend for yourself here. If you able to live anywhere else please save yourself the pain of suffering through years here.
